Gentlemen-
   I believe Keith Jones will be a good addition to the AGS. However, as
Tadashi-san points out up until this time we have been following the
guidelines as stated in (100/1180/INF) by region. Let me suggest that we
propose Mr. Jones as an additional member at the AGS meeting in Tel Aviv
with the acceptance by the AGS Chairman and AGS members.
