YES, we have.
As you know we developed TR 9573-11 2nd edition and it was
approved by the DTR ballot. Its final text has been completed
including a lot of comments of Martin, and forwarded
to ITTF via Sara.

The TR 9573-11 2nd edition includes an XML DTD for standards
as well as an SGML DTD. It could be "Standard XML DTD" itself.

Therefore I suggest to employ the XML DTD for describing
19757-2 and other standards.
