Committee for Standardization of High-speed Web Technology has a responsibility to develop standards (or Technical Reports) required for multimedia documents interchange and related services in a future high-speed web environment. For the actual development, three working groups (WG's) and an SWG of the committee study user requirements and new relevant technologies taken by W3C, IETF, JTC1, etc.
