may be updated, replaced or obsoleted by other documents at any time. It
is inappropriate to use W3C working drafts as reference material or to cite
them as other than "work in progress".
A document in last call is to be reviewed by Working Groups
that rely on or have a vested interest in the technology. The
duration of the last call review period is listed in the
status section of the document in review.
